Rapid growth through takeovers of paper mills in Germany and abroad requires a review of the current brand positioning, taking into account the different cultural and historical backgrounds of the various mills in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Approach<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Examination of the cultural status of the respective plants, individual interviews with the management of the respective companies, group discussions and workshops on the topics of brand positioning and corporate culture. Development of a common positioning, vision, mission and a comprehensive understanding of culture.
