Who we are

The ISK develops brand and communication strategies for private and public companies with a focus on brand management, marketing and communication. Our mission is the strategic development of brands in times of digital and ecological transformation. To this end we analyse markets, brands and target groups and develop strategies and recommendations for action for sustainable brand success.

How we work

We use our experience, our knowledge and our creativity to develop both tailor-made and cost-effective solutions for every challenge. In doing so, we are constantly developing ourselves and our tools to meet the demands of change.

What defines us

In every company and its employees there is an immense amount of empirical knowledge. We want to make use of this and bring it together with our knowledge and experience. Our lean structures enable us to provide quick solutions, which, with a strong strategic foundation, are based on the principle of feasibility and upmost practical benefit.


Ralf Löffler


Ralf Löffler joined the Publicis advertising agency in 2000 after working for DDB and S&J. He took over the position of Head of Planning and headed the newly founded Publicis Brand Consultancy as Managing Director. Since 2011 he is managing partner of ISK.
In addition to his consulting activities, Ralf Löffler has also repeatedly contributed to the discussion on strategic brand management with lectures and publications.

Dieter Romatka


Dieter Romatka has been a consultant since 1983 at TBWA, Ogilvy & Mather, Publicis, JWT, Saatchi & Saatchi Frankfurt and S&S Europe among others, where he was responsible for the strategic brand management of nationally and globally operating clients, including the EMEA region.

He is co-founder of the institute and guest lecturer for the marketing department at the University of Applied Sciences Rhein-Main in Wiesbaden.
