Workshop-based process for the development of an Employer Value Proposition (EVP), which formulates the basic promise of Fraport as an employer to its employees and applicants.
Result
An employer promise that is relevant for different job profiles, that differentiates from various competitors and that is in line with the values of the Fraport brand.
