Challenge

The metropolitan regions in Germany are facing increased competition for skilled workers, industrial settlements and tourism.

Approach

Qualitative/quantitative analysis of the perception of regions on the web (social media, news, blogs, forums, etc.). Creation of a strength profile of the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region in differentiation to the top 10 competitors in the clusters of economy, innovation, civil society, environment, culture as well as the overall perception of the region.

Result

Active involvement of Commerz Real at information hubs of the (social) web and growing understanding of the importance of real estate funds.
